Brewing - Tea Pot & Tea Cups:
People always use glass tea pots and cups to brew Chrysanthemum Teas.
Brewing – Brewing method:
1. Put hot water into teapot;
2. Pour hot water on teapot surface;
3. Pour hot water in tea cups and their surfaces;
4. Pour off hot water;
5. Pick around 5g tea leave into teapot;
6. Pour around 250ml~300ml hot water into teapot;
7. Wait for 10 seconds and pour off the tea (what we called ‘Wash Tea’);
8. Wait for 2 minutes;
8. Pour the tea into tea jar and pour it into small tea cups.

Storage:
