Q: How to register and become Dou members?
A: Please click ‘Register’, input personal information as required. Then, you will receive an activation email from DouTea. After verify your email address, your membership record is created and saved.
Q: How can I go to my panel?
A: Please click ‘Login’, input your email address and password; then, you will login to your personal panel. When you login to panel, please enter your postal address and contact information, so that you can shop in DouTea without input this information every time when pay.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept credit cards like VISA, MasterCard and American Express and we also accept Paypal.

A: After you picked favorite items, then, please click ‘Checkout’ and enter your personal information as required. Then, click ‘Pay’.

Q: How long will it take for orders to arrive?
A: We will ship your products within 1-2 business days and it takes around 4-7 business days to reach you.
Q: How do I send a gift to another address?
A: Please tick ‘Remarks’ before you click ‘Pay’. Then, input ‘A gift to another address’ and enter the address in ‘Remarks’ box.
Q: I need to ship these to two different addresses. Can I combine them into one order to save on shipping?
A: Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each one.
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: Yes. If you buy more than USD$300 in one time with 1 postal address, you will enjoy free shipping service.
Q: What is your tax policy?
A: In order to minimize customers’ costs in tasting good teas, we will write a low value description on our shipment package; so that you do not need to pay extra tax.
Import Notice: Buyer is responsible for any import taxes charges (if any), at destination port. Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs - for any shipment that is not accepted due to refusal to pay import fees. We can send your order with a low value invoice to help you avoid or reduce these costs, but it is not a guarantee.
Q: Returns & Refunds
A: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving orders. We will only accept returns of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
Q: Do you offer wholesale services?
A: Yes. You will get a big discount if you made a bulk order. Please contact us at piano.ambatch@doutea.com.
Q: Do you provide affiliate program?
