Chinese Weight Loss Tea Diet

Today, I want to recommend a Chinese weight loss tea diet. This method has a very strong effect in weight loss. And it’s from Kim Hee Sun, the super star in Korea.

Here is the menu; you only can choose one thing to eat in each meal.

When you get up:
A cup of Chrysanthemum Tea Flower Tea/a cup of vegetable juice/ rose flower tea/ 2 jujubes/ a cup of Orange Pu-erh Tea/ an apple/ a big tomato

Breakfast:
Vegetable juice( made of a yangtao/vegetable and 5 grams of honey), cheese sandwich( with whole wheat bread, some romaine lettuce/2 pieces of onion)

Lunch:
Vegetables (green pepper/celery)/bean curd/egg/soup(no rice), mushroom soup/bean curd

Afternoon tea:
(when you feel hungry)
Some biscuits/chicken soup (no meat)/240cc skimmed milk/melon skimmed milk(250 grams melon, 200cc skimmed milk)/an apple

Dinner:
Chinese wolfberry lotus soup (10 grams of Chinese wolfberry, 100grams of lotus)/bamboo shoots soup, a tomato
