| The day before yesterday, I told about Chinese healthy tea types. There is a special white tea leaves named Bai Mu Dan; it has many benefits including killing cancer causing cells and weight lossing. Fujian white tea is a very popular weight loss white tea in China. A research shows that a woman who has a habit of drinking white tea will have much slimmer body. Because there is a fatty acid in white tea, it can defat the fat in human body and make you more comfortable form oily food. White tea is a very unusual type of tea, as the name sug gests, it has white color tea leaves. Why it’s color so different? Because they pick the best leaves that have soft, white, hairy beneath, and then, with tender dry and gently processing, all the pubescence can be remained. For more information and buy, click here. The Chosen Chrysanthemum Tea
|
|
| I love Chrysanthemum Tea (a kind of Chinese flower tea) very much, when I drink flower tea, like several flowers blossoming in my cup. I knew that some of you feel the same with me.
How to choose good chrysanthemum tea? A friend of mine asked me that question last weekend, so I find summarized some points about how to choose good chrysanthemum tea: Firstly, there are many types of chrysanthemum tea; some people think that the best chrysanthemum must have beautiful big petals and white color. Actually, the chrysanthemums which have small, ugly and yellow petals are the one you should buy. It tastes a little bitter. Secondly, great chrysanthemum tea should have a complete flower, although it’s a little ugly, it’s clean and you can see the petals very clearly, and its stamen color is bright orange.
Yesterday I went to Fangcun tea market (the biggest tea market in Guangzhou) and find some wonderful Chrysanthemum Tea. You can see it here.

Types of Healthy Teas here
Dear my friends, I received an email from Frankie, he feels quite confused when he wants to classify Chinese teas. Like, he knows there are Jasmine teas, Oolong teas, Flowering teas, and a quite special one ‘Orange Pu-erh Tea’; all these names are difficult for him to recognize.
Yes, it is a bit difficult to classify every types of teas; actually, all teas here can be divided into 7 types.
- Green Tea (most natural one) - White Tea (white color tea leaves, a special tea from China) - Yellow Tea (yellow teas after you brew the tea leaves) - Oolong Tea (natural) - Black Tea (known as Red Tea in Asian countries & used to make Kong-Fu Tea to serve good friends ) - Pu-erh Tea (which we believe a long-life tea) - Flowering Tea (I think this type is easy to recognize, right?)
These are the major types of teas. You may buy these types of tea here.
Tomorrow, I will talk more about it. Bye.Labels: buy green tea online, Jasmine Tea, Knowledge |
