Slimming green teas
Green tea has become very popular due to the essential health benefits it brings. It has a very long history in being used by Asians as traditional medicine for many years. In addition to adding to one’s vitality, in recent years scientific research has also shown that green tea can help with weight loss and slimming.

Green tea works with your body in several ways in order to help you loose weight. It clears the digestive system, increases the metabolism, and takes care of the extra calories that your body should not be handling. It also takes out the carbohydrates that you do not want pushing your system around. It is a completely natural diet supplement that has not been able to be reproduced.

One of my friends says that she thinks green teas make her less hungry as she drinks green teas, mainly for slimming purpose; about 20 minutes before a meal, then she will not feel so hungry. So, once she really hungry when she should not eating, then she will make few cups of green teas. She says, that may be the major reason why green tea is good for slimming, haha.

She says is not so well-known the scientific ‘ingredient’ in green teas and the reason or process why this kind of teas is good for people who wants to slim body and loss weight...but it seems to work for her! :-)
