Reseach shows that green tea can restraint the level of cholesterol. When you eat too much oily food, you can drink green tea to remove oily. So, as a kind of natrual weight loss tea, green tea aslo has some methods to make it taste much better.
Here are some recipt for green tea and weight loss:

Green tea and buttermilk
3 grams Jasmine Green Tea, put 200cc buttermik in it, and drink it 1~2 hours before meal. Even you eat a lot of foot in dinner, you can loss weight very easy. you can make this beverage as your lunch or dinner, that will make a better effect.

Green tea and lemon juice
Water down the lemon juice with the proportion of 1:1, then add 3grams of Fujian Maofeng Green Tea in it. Lemon and green tea are alkaline food, they are good for the acidic physique people. They can speed up the metabolism in your body, and help you to remove the unnecessary water.

Green tea and apple juice
Squeeze juice from an apple, and put 2 grams Jasmine Green Tea in it. Drink it two times a day. It’s good for the people who indulge to satiety. As you known, apple is good for weight loss diet. ^ ^
