Drinking Tea for Weight Loss

Today, I will teach you to make a kind of weight loss tea, of course; this tea is all natural without any medicine. Today’s tea is good for weight loss diet. So, everyone, don't worry about your weight, let’s drinking tea for weight loss. ^ ^

Ingredients: 10 red dates, 3~4 dry roses, 10 grams hawthorn, 3grams wolfberry, 1 lotus leaf, a half of lemon(or 10 grams Preserved Tangerine Orange Peel), 4~6 Chrysanthemum Tea Flower Tea

Recipe:

1. put all the ingredients except lemon in a pot

2. put 1200cc cold water in it

3. boil the ingredients for ten minutes

4. cut the lemon into pieces

5. put the lemon in the pot

6. boil it 1 minute

7. Done!

First time to drink this tea, you can drink it one or two times a day, when you get usual, you can drink it as your daily beverages. It has the best effect when you drink it before meal.
