There are many kinds of green tea in China, It may very confuse some of you. So, I make some exaple of china green tea here, hope it will help you to clear that.
Chun Mee : 'Eyebrow tea' so called because of the shape of the processed tea leaves. Being China 's most produced green tea, it is also the most exported Chinese green tea. It has a pleasant plum-like flavor.
Gunpowder : 'Special Grade Pearl Tea', so named because that's what the tightly rolled, darkened leaves looked like to early English tea merchants. Grades vary from the high grade pinhead variety to the lower grade large Imperial type.
Temple of Heaven : Is a well known, high grade of 'gunpowder'. It is also called Zhucha, or pearl tea.
Guzhu Zisun : 'Purple Bamboo Shoot', grown on Mt. Guzhu , near Lake Taihu in Zhejiang Province . May also be sold as Huzhou Zisun or just Zisun.
Huangshan Mao Feng : ' Yellow Mountain Mao Feng' in Anhui Province . With the fragrance of magnolias, it is graded into classifications, with Qingming, (April 5th) being a special choice grade.
Lu'an Guapian : 'Melon Seeds' from Lu'an county in Anhui province. It has a strong, fresh aroma. The tea plant branches are harvested and once home the various leaves and bud are plucked for various teas. The bud is for Yin Zhen, the first leaf for Tipian, the second leaf for Guapian and the third leaf for Meipian, All the Tea in China .
 Lung Ching : 'Dragon's Well', one of most Chinese well known green teas, delicate taste with a slight sweetness. In China , Lung Ching is special because it has four 'uniques', its jade green color, mellow taste, pleasant aroma and unique shape.
Pi Lo Chun : 'Green Snail Spring', so named because the green coiled leaves resemble snails. This name jaws given by a Manchu Emperor, Kang Xi.
